SkinFied's Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Refund:
- The product(s) bought in-store or online can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, given that the original receipt is provided.
- The product should be unused along with an intact price tag.
- Our staff will verify the product and the receipt; you can choose the product that you want to exchange it with.
- Exchange is subjected to price adjustment i.e. the price at which the customer has bought the article would be considered for exchange.
- If the product was, however, delivered to you via our online store, you have to return it by sending in an email to our customer support center within 3 days of purchase, so that your query can be handled accordingly.
- Images of the defective products need to be attached in the email that is to be sent to the customer care department. You will receive a verification call to ensure the exchange.
- Exchange is only possible if the product(s) are found defective. The customer is required to contact the call center ( +92-313-690-2426) as soon as they receive the order. If found defective by the customer, a TCS or Call Courier rider will collect the product. Upon verification at our warehouse, a coupon of same price would be issued to the customer, which can be used to shop from our website. The entire procedure takes up to 7 business days.
- You can also return the product by taking it to any TCS or Call Courier Store and call us on our UAN Number so that the article can be taken to the warehouse. The pick-up charges are borne by the company.
- For products purchased online, we will provide you with a coupon that limits the price of the product that you bought in the first place to compensate for it. You may use the coupon the next time you shop online with us. Please note that the coupon will be prone to expiry, so please make sure to use it before it expires. The coupon is valid after 15 days of issuance.
- Sale product(s) are non-exchangeable.
Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.
- As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.

SkinFied has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- Orders can be canceled at any time before the processing of the order. You will be provided with the information regarding the shipment via email once it has been shipped.

SkinFied has the authority to cancel your orders due to the following reasons.
- Item is out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Credit card payment error
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
